how to make a healthy dessert in a college dorm room?!
Avocado peanut butter chocolate cinnamon mash
1 whole avocado
.5 tablespoon of organic natural peanut butter
1.5 table spoon of chocolate hemp protein
1 tablespoon of cinnamon raisin hummus
topped with almonds + pistachios
= pure deliciousness

It can’t be that unhealthy, right? The only thing is that it’s pretty salty…but I have always found the mixed nuts to be too salty by themselves anyway.
