Avocado peanut butter chocolate cinnamon mash
1 whole avocado
.5 tablespoon of organic natural peanut butter
1.5 table spoon of chocolate hemp protein
1 tablespoon of cinnamon raisin hummus
topped with almonds + pistachios
= pure deliciousness


Potato, Kale, and Cheese Quesadillas
This recipe looked somewhat questionable but delicious at the same time. So to start off I was definitely skeptical of the greens inside the quesadilla, but it turned out to be a wonderful flavor combination and a very hearty dinner. Although we made the recipe a bit differently than the original recipe that was posted, (But that shouldn’t surprise anyone by now..) it came out quite lovely.
